Job Description
The Summer Internship Program is a robust, challenging experience that provides high-potential students an opportunity to gain exposure to BNY Mellon and the financial services industry through impactful, strategic projects that align to critical business needs for early career and entry-level talent.
Responsibilities
A senior speaker series. In-person and virtual technical, financial and professional learning & development. Formal and informal networking events. Mentoring activities with assigned senior and peer mentors. A strategic business challenge. End-of-summer presentations to respective business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Eligibility Requirements: Well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated leadership and collaborative teamwork abilities. Strong written and oral communication skills. Should not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the region of application to program, including CPT, OPT โ now or in the future. Enrollment in a four-year undergraduate degree program in an accredited university with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors. Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.5 or better with no active/current backlogs.
