Job Description
ZoloStays, the leading provider of Premium Managed co-living spaces, is seeking highly motivated and experienced GROs to oversee the management and operations of our spaces. As a GDO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to our residents, while ensuring the efficient and profitable performance of assigned ZoloStays Property. You will work closely with various teams to maintain the properties, resolve issues, and drive guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations:
β Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
β Ensure a high level of guest service is maintained at all times, addressing and resolving guest issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
β Facilitate a positive property showcasing & onboarding guest experience, including showing available inventories & converting sales leads.
- Property Management:
β Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned ZoloStay Property, including guest relations, rent collection, and property upkeep.
β Coordinate property upkeep with internal stakeholders, ensuring work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
β Monitor and enforce compliance with rules and regulations.
β Conduct regular property audits to identify any maintenance or safety issues and address them promptly.
- Financial Management:
β Collect and process rental payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
β Monitor rent delinquencies, initiate appropriate actions to minimize losses, and enforce late payment penalties as per company policies.
β Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Reporting and Documentation:
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to property management activities, including agreements, maintenance requests, and guest communications.
β Collaborate with the team on regular insights into the propertyβs performance, occupancy rates, and financials.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
β Lead and train a team of 1-4 dedicated facilities team members.
β Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, support, and facilities to ensure effective guest satisfaction & property management.
