Responsibilities
Actively engage with potential customers to understand their real estate needs. Showcase and promote the company's property offerings to prospective buyers. Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and terms to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversions. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Minimum UG/PG qualification in any discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
