Job Description
Provide project financial support and direction on assigned single country, single service projects, and ensuring project financials are properly monitored and managed in pursuit of maximizing project profitability and cash flow.
Responsibilities
Proactive collections of cash from overdue debtors. Performing review and analysis of customers, and product profitability. Resolve customer's queries around outstanding invoices. Review provisions for bad debt and be involved in audit queries. Proactively maintains financial reporting (DSO analysis, DSO forecast, etc.) and manages collectability. UB UE Analysis. Cross functional cooperation with accounting, contract administration, HR, and Sales Ops. Review customer agreements with billing schedules and customer invoicing setup; to ensure internal revenue recognition and billing policies are met. Share IRF to the PSC team for the billing process, correction and rebill of rejected invoices if required. Complete all month-end activities, Project setup and maintenance. Other project deliverables as necessary and appropriate to support the Finance team.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of corporate experience. Technical accounting skills. Good analytical and numeracy skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
