Responsibilities
Help manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reportsMaintain GTA Programs websites and related documentationPrepare SLA reports for support functionsCreate /update the test scripts for and participate in UAT forParticipate in regional projects and programs as requiredHelp with testing all the integrations and new product releasesContribute to stakeholder management by helping build weekly and monthly status reportsTest the newly developed reports and dashboards to ensure data is streamlined across all reporting points
Job Requirements
Your experience includes: Experience in technology like IT Software, Cloud and Analytics.Working with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and ExcelData analysis and presentationAbout you:Interest in GTA processes and tools with a desire to learn and growQuick learner of new technologies Ability in building effective relationshipsWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple prioritiesGood communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skillsTeam player, collaborative approach and resourcefulSelf-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skillsRelevant proven experience
