Job Description
The Talent Acquisition team at TATA 1MG, situated within the Human Resource department, is a proficient and specialized unit tasked with the responsibility of sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Key focal points for this team include enhancing the company's employer brand, strategically planning for future workforce requirements, fostering diversity within the workforce, and establishing a strong foundation for prospective candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
Work with the HR manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment. Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents. Partner with external vendors in building the hiring talent funnel. Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees. Represent the company in recruiting events and open houses. Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads. Champion candidate experience.
Job Requirements
At minimum a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields. Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills. Level-headed attitude with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in the Human Resources department of any organization is an added advantage. Analytical approach to handling the requirements. Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
