Responsibilities
About the Role: Execute Push/Email/SMS campaigns with the objective to increase conversions from delivery to leads. Track the conversions from email and SMS campaigns and improve the percentages and numbers. To work in a high-volume email/Push/SMS marketing environment. Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs. Responsibility: This will be a User engagement role in the Growth & Retention team. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive engagement activities.
Job Requirements
Must-Have: Obsession with customer delight, 0 -1 year experience with CRM marketing tools(eg. Webengage, Moengage, Clevertap, etc), Ability to thrive on challenging problem statements. Must be a go-getter. Good to have: Startup experience
