The Assistant Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in both inside and outside sales activities. Responsibilities include conducting lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of potential clients, actively participating in inside sales initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Engaging in outside sales activities, building and maintaining positive client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and acting as a liaison between clients and the sales team are integral components. The role also involves providing comprehensive product information, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to a positive team environment. Qualified candidates should hold an MBA, possess strong communication skills, exhibit proactive initiative, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and demonstrate a willingness to engage in both inside and outside sales activities, fueled by enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct inside sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth. Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and property visits. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Provide product information and presentations to potential clients. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Job Requirements
Qualification: MBA. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive and self-motivated with excellent initiative skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Willingness to engage in both inside and outside sales activities.
