Responsibilities
Responsible for various marketing activities for a brand, product and/or channel. Defines and coordinates execution of market/ customer analysis and reports on findings to guide business decisions. Implements marketing tactics around product, channel, pricing and promotions and executes efforts identified in the marketing plan. Leads projects as well as initiatives to ensure the overall growth and branding strategy. Works under minimal supervision. Responsible to drive the marketing objectives for the portfolio/commodity across customer segments in India. Responsible for driving the achievement of Sales, OLCG, Pricing, and GM targets for the portfolio. Responsible to drive the upgradation and penetration of Growth Vector products. Work closely with area portfolio and campaign leaders to develop/activate marketing campaigns for the portfolio in India. Work closely with the Sales, Scientific Affairs, Clinical Specialist, and Application Engineering teams to execute marketing campaigns in India. Work closely with an integrated marketing team to execute digital demand generation projects and meet defined KPIs. Enable the sales team with the right tools and assets for creating and closing the opportunity pipeline. Gather the voice of customers, and competitive intelligence as necessary to generate insights about market trends. Periodic field working to have direct interaction with customers and gather market intelligence. Support execution of artwork revisions, QIPs with PMSOs, customer engagement events, and training. Job Requirements
A Bachelor's/Master's level university/college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred. A minimum of 3-6 years relevant working experience in medical device/wound care product/surgical consumables is preferred. Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English. Knowledge of relevant software tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
